Try reading articles which are specifically focused on your area of personal development, or which can offer you inspiration. Don’t spend all day on there, but take an hour or so out of the day to learn more about yourself.

Remember the old rule of success: Work Hard, Play Hard? If you have been working all day to achieve your goals, at the end of your shift, or after your other half comes home, then you should take the time to relax properly. Read a good book, watch TV or play games, do whatever it takes to put you in the mood to go to bed early and sleep soundly.
